Everything in my order was exactly what I picked, with nothing missing and no weird mixups. It was easy to look through and confirm it all matched, which I really appreciated... always nice when an order just goes smoothly like that.

I ordered from patioandpizza.com it got here faster than I expected. Everything was packed up really well, which was a relief because I was a little nervous about it being a bigger item. No dents, no smashed corners, NOTHING weird. The delivery guy was nice too and put it right where I asked. Overall, I’m really happy with how it arrived.

"Really good pizza oven with just a couple small things"
I got my pizza oven from patioandpizza.com and I’m happy with it overall. It feels really solid, and once you get the hang of the heat, it cooks pizza super well. The finish looks really nice too, so it definitely feels like a good-quality oven. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one small part felt a little cheap, but it hasn’t actually caused any problems. I’d definitely order from them again

"Honestly better than I thought it would be"
I picked up a pizza oven from patioandpizza.com and I’ve been happy with it so far. It heats up faster than I expected, the crust gets nice and crispy without the toppings getting burnt. It took me a couple tries to figure out the right temp, but now the pizzas cook quick and taste way better than what I was making in my regular oven. Haven’t had any problems with it yet.

Putting this together was not too bad. The instructions were clear enough, and even though it took me a little longer than I expected, everything lined up fine in the end

"Good warranty help, just took a little time"
After a few months, I had an issue with one of the parts on my pizza oven. I sent over some pictures and my order info, and the warranty team got back to me quickly, which I appreciated.

The replacement did take a couple extra days to ship, so it wasn’t the fastest process, but they did come through in the end. A friend had actually recommended them to me, and overall I’d say the support was solid, just a little slow.

"Actually got quick help when I needed it"
I had a couple of questions before placing my order and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. I also emailed later about the delivery timing and they followed up without me having to chase them. i expected the usual slow customer service routine. Nope. They were just easy to deal with, helpful, and straightforward. I’d use them again

"Pizza turned out way better than I expected"
I was just hoping to make some decent backyard pizza, but this oven has been cooking really evenly. The crust gets crisp with those nice little spots, the toppings melt about perfectly, and it’s been easy to get the same results each time. My family keeps asking for pizza night now.

I was able to find the accessories I needed without much trouble. The selection seemed a little limited at first, but i may have just been looking in the wrong spot because they ended up having what I came for.

"Decent stuff, just feels a bit overpriced"
I ordered from patioandpizza.com and yeah, it was alright. The item showed up fine, nothing broken or weird, and it looks good once set up. But for what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a little more solid or just have something extra to make the price make sense.

It’s not like I regret buying it or anything, it does the job. I just think the value is a bit off, like you’re paying more than what it really feels worth. If it was cheaper, I’d probably be way happier with it.

"Good oven, just takes a little practice"
Not gonna lie, this oven works really well once you get the hang of it. It holds heat nicely after it gets going, but figuring out the temp control took me a couple of tries. Now my pizzas are coming out evenly cooked, so I’m happy with it overall. Shipping was fine too. I’m taking off one star just because there’s a bit of a learning curve.
